GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. working on time bug. When a transaction is created, the transaction suddenly cancelled. This due to the fact time from transaction web service has weird offset. Check it out @abdashaffan @josepandre99
